Start with consistency, not punishment
Getting back into training does not have to start with extreme workouts. The first goal is to build a rhythm you can repeat. Two or three focused sessions per week, paired with better daily movement and simple nutrition habits, can create real momentum.
Focus on movement quality
A good coach looks at how you move before adding intensity. Squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries, and core work can be adjusted to your current level so you train safely while still being challenged.
Set a measurable first goal
Instead of trying to change everything at once, start with one clear goal: show up three times this week, complete your first assessment, or improve one basic movement. Small wins build trust in the process.
