Your first training session should feel clear, not confusing. The goal is not to impress anyone. The goal is to understand where you are starting and what kind of support will help you move forward.

Before training, clients should complete the intake and intended outcomes forms. These help the coach understand your goals, health background, current habits, and any limits that need attention. Wear comfortable training clothes, bring water, and arrive ready to communicate honestly about your experience level.

A strong first session sets the tone. You should leave with a better understanding of the process, the expectations, and the next step.
